Each unit, hand assembled.
Bankston Audio builds high-fidelity 2.1 systems one at a time from a workshop in Naples, Florida. Every Sphere is assembled, tuned, and inspected by hand — which means no two are precisely alike.
Every Sphere carries five speakers: a pair of Rockford Fosgate Punch tweeters, a pair of Punch mid-bass drivers, and a Dayton Audio subwoofer for low-end punch. The rotating spheres let you aim the soundstage without re-positioning the unit.
The BA8 is built for critical listeners who still believe in real knobs. It's a return to a time when you shaped your sound by hand — not what the phone thinks it should sound like, but what you want it to sound like. A dedicated subwoofer crossover lets you dial exactly how much of the frequency range is routed to the sub. We go well beyond simple bass and treble.

Operator's note
Every system requires ~20 hours of burn-in at low to moderate volume. The cone, surround, and suspension need time to loosen. Treat the first weekend gently — you'll be rewarded for it.
The one difference on the BA Move 1: it carries a built-in 12V · 4,000 mAh lithium pack (≈48 Wh) that plays for about 16 hours and recharges in 3–4 hours with the supplied 12V charger, so it isn't tied to the wall.

Built for desktop and small-room listening, the Sphere also travels. Pair with a portable power source and the BA6 holds its composure under the canopy. Carbon-fiber reinforced models are rated for outdoor use; keep all finishes shaded from prolonged direct sun.

Everything that makes the Sphere special — rotating spheres, real knobs, full 2.1 sound — in a box you can carry by the handle. The BA Move 1 runs on an onboard rechargeable battery, so the listening doesn't have to stay plugged in.
